JustVoip is a free program that uses the latest technology to bring free and high-quality voice communications to people all over the world. When you use the free JustVoip software, you can call regular phones in various popular destinations for free* or call at an incredible low rate to any other phone on the planet. You can also call all your online friends (peer-to-peer calls) as long as you like, for free. How do I make free* voip calls?^ top

Just download and install our application. You will be charged nothing if you are calling any land line in one of our free* destinations, or any of your online friends.

Can I forward my calls to other JustVoip users?^ top

Yes you can - the callforwarding option in the client works with phone numbers, but you can also enter a (JustVoip) user name.

Can I send Text (SMS) messages with JustVoip?^ top

Yes you can, using your JustVoip client or through the JustVoip website.

What's the deal with the Freedays?^ top

Buying credits entitles you to 120 Freedays (unless stated otherwise). This means you can call all countries in the free* destinations list for 120 days at no costs. When the 120 days are over, you will keep your credit, and the normal rate will be charged for these destinations.

Does JustVoip contain any advertising or spyware?^ top

No.

How long does my credit last for calls?^ top

At JustVoip, your credit will NOT expire.

What's the deal with the Freedays?^ top

Buying credits entitles you to 120 Freedays (unless stated otherwise). This means you can call all countries in the free* destinations list for 120 days at no costs. When the 120 days are over, you will keep your credit, and the normal rate will be charged for these destinations.

How much will I be charged for my calls?^ top

Calls to all other (PSTN) phone numbers will be charged the applicable tariff for the destination you are calling. Rates are in Eurocents per minute and calls are rounded up to next minute. Apart from that there are no other charges; no subscription, registration, or administration fees!

How can JustVoip keep their rates so low?^ top

We always try to offer the best prices possible and JustVoip constantly aims to negotiate better deals with suppliers to pass this discount on to our customers! By buying in bulk from major carriers and using state of the art technology JustVoip is able to significantly undercut other international call providers. In addition, low overheads and a no frills approach enable our customers to benefit even more.

Yes, just tick the 'company' box when registering. The payment conditions and how the service works is exactly the same as for residential customers.

In the application, select "Tools" -> "Select Language". You can now choose from various popular languages.

"Fair use policy (FUP)" what does that mean?^ top

We offer calls to various destinations. If you make ordinary use of our services you will generally not be confronted with our Fair Use Policy; we reserve the right however to limit these calls if excessive or fraudulent use is suspected. Should you exceed our Fair Use Policy limit you will be charged normal rates for your calls. Please consult our terms of use for details.

Can I become an agent for JustVoip?^ top

JustVoip currently has an "invitation only" reseller program.

How much does it cost for someone to ring my Voip-in number?^ top

This depends on where the other person is calling from and which telephone provider they use. The call should be charged at normal geographic rate (and if ringing from abroad a normal international call to your country) so the caller should check with their own telephone provider how much they charge for normal calls to landlines.
